The club was originally called TEESSIDE IRON HORSE M.C.C and is a family orientated bike club

It was formed in 1980 out of the remnants of the Monkey Hangers, Cleveland Comets and other local bikers who all shared a common interest in rallies, bike runs and local charity fund raising. The club ran until 1988 when interest deteriorated and it went underground, with a hand full of die hards who kept the name going. Interest in the club flared again in 1997 and it became officially reformed in May 1998, under the original name.

In January 2000 it was decided to change the clubs name, and we became the TEESRIDERS MCC. We hold no political views and have no grievances with any other clubs or organizations.

We are however affiliated to MAG and N.A.B.D

We meet weekly in the Billingham Social Club Chapel Road on a Thursday night at about 8pm. Membership fees are £18 for a joint membership and £12 for a single There are no weekly dues (unless you count the blind card that goes around, where for 50p you could win a tenner!) We have very few rules but to join you must have a Bike or Trike on the road.

Once a member club regalia (MA 1 jackets,Sweatshirts,T Shirts, Badges Etc) are available for purchase.

We hold our own Rally The RUSTY NUTS on August bank holiday at the Tunstall Riding Center Great Ayton near Stokesley and all are welcome. For more information click on the Events diary button and view august the 22th
